Below is the estimated delivery time for all our shipments:
- Once an order is placed, we need 1-3 business days to process the order. During the week it takes one working day, but if you order on a Friday evening or at the weekend, it may take a little longer.
- After processing, your order is dispatched and the average delivery time is 8-12 working days.

Placing an Order:
The ordering process at Maison Montaire is simple. First, go to the product page and add the desired product to the basket by clicking the 'Add to cart' button. Check that you have selected the right variants. If everything is in order, proceed to checkout by clicking 'Checkout'. On the information page, enter the correct address details and click 'Proceed to dispatch'. On the 'Shipping' page, you can check the address details entered. Please note that every shipment is sent completely free of charge. Click 'Proceed to payment' and select the desired payment method. All payment options are SSL encrypted, which guarantees a secure payment environment. Pay by credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa), bank transfer, EPS or direct payment. Click 'Complete order' and follow the instructions on the selected payment page. In case of problems, you can always contact us.

We pay shipping costs for every order. All our products ship 100% free of charge and there is no minimum order.

Please read our returns policy carefully. No exceptions will be made as you have accepted the terms at the time of purchase.
Returns:
Deadline:
You have 30 days after receiving your product to return it. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Conditions:
The returned product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in the original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
Exceptions:
For hygienic reasons, some products cannot be returned, e.g. underwear, lingerie, tights and certain personal care products.
Beginning the Process:
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to: support@maisonmontaire.com with your order number, the reason for the return, possibly a photo of the product in case of damage, and your contact details.
Refund:
Procedure:
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email approving or rejecting your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
Delayed or No Refund:
If you haven't received a refund after 30 days, check your bank account first. If you still haven't received it, please contact us at support@maisonmontaire.com
Costs:
Return Shipping Costs:
All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you provide your return shipment with Track & Trace as we are not responsible for lost returns. Returns must be shipped to Australia, and costs start from EUR20 and are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions:
Defective or Incorrect Products:
Upon receipt of a defective or incorrect product, we will send a new product free of charge. If it still goes wrong the second time, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Cancellation:
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed due to our automated system.
